Estimated supplemental fund distributions

Use link to view the actual distributions ... ributions/

The Vanguard funds listed below earned taxable income and/or realized capital gains for their fiscal years ended December 31, 2017, or January 31, 2018, that were greater than the amounts distributed in December 2017. The remaining taxable income or gains will be distributed in March 2018 as "supplemental" income dividends or capital gains distributions.
Please note that estimated income dividends are provided only for funds that make distributions annually. Estimated capital gains distributions are provided for all funds with a fiscal year ended December 31, 2017, or January 31, 2018, as applicable.

Note: These supplemental fund distributions will be reported on 2018 tax forms. Vanguard won’t generate updated tax forms for 2017. The gains reported here are taxable for the year during which they are declared.

The estimated per-share distribution rates and scheduled record dates are shown below. All estimates are subject to change as a result of fund share purchase or redemption activity through each fund’s declaration date.

In addition to the funds listed below, several funds will be making their regular quarterly dividend payments on March 14, March 20, and March 22. For final distribution rates, check the fund’s profile in the Vanguard mutual funds area. In early April, the funds’ distribution pages will be updated to include March distributions for all funds.
