Site to measure individual bond's performance

Postby Theoretical » Thu Apr 20, 2017 10:28 am

Does anyone know a resource that provides pricing/return info for individual bonds by CUSIP? Specifically, I'm asking about Tennessee Valley Authority agency bonds.

Morningstar has something with FINRA but the data seems to only go back to 2009.

I didn't bother to look at Schwab of Fido but they both have bond desks as do most brokers and most will have search methods.

For Vg I chose "agencies" and then TVA in the "issuer" drop down. You can also enter a cusip.

I recently read The Bond Book by Annette Thau. In it she touts these sites:

https://emma.msrb.org/

http://www.finra.org/

I think you can search by CUSP in either of these.
