LOL... Bill Pearl for those curious types...

Though I'm still a potato-bodied-IT-guy ... I highly recommend Mr. Pearl's "Getting Stronger" book. It's the weight lifting equivalent of "Bogleheads' Guide To Investing" ... and it's not just about bulking up, it's about getting fit.
