"Seek Investment Love, not Lust"

Post by Rick Ferri »

This WSJ blog I wrote isn't going to win a Pulitzer Prize for investigative journalism, but it might help convert at few lost souls:

Seek Investment Love, not Lust

Spread the love... :D

It's sad to think I'll have to part with my love as retirement progresses. Emotionally I want it there forever.

Personally I am better off leaving the emotions out of it. Human emotions are for human relationships. It's that simple.

Rick -

Truer words were never spoken.

We've all shared stories of our missteps in our early investing days shooting for the moon, not yet understanding that hitting singles and doubles moves us steadily on course to our goal.

Thank you for a very timely reminder to "Stay the Course".
