If I am running flashblock in my browser I do not know, how can I check?
I have rebooted several times and have uninstalled and reinstalled.

To check if Flash Player 11 is installed go to Control Panel. In Windows 7 CP click on Programs and Features, For XP click on Add/Remove Programs.

To download Adobe Flash Player 11 click on URL below
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Vanguard Charts seem to appear OK in Internet Explorer but, in the past, did not always show in Firefox so you may want to change browsers. However the latest version 13, seems to work OK. To check for latest version in Firefox click on Help, About Firefox.

Also you may need to disable or remove Flash Block if you have it installed

I wish flash wasn't a requirement to log in at Vanguard, but my Flash blocking requires *.vanguard.com/* whitelisted to even be able to login.

Well I was only running Firefox 12 so upgraded to FF 13. No love. Reinstalled Adobe Flash 11. Still no good.

Wow, sounds like a brain-dead gatekeeping script.

FWIW, I don't allow flash or Adobe reader to be installed on any of the machines that I use for banking/investing. Never had any trouble logging in at Vanguard. This does break some of the pie-charting fluff, but I have no use for that anyway.

Maybe the problem I have is that since the blocker just prevents the execution of flash, Vanguard still thinks I have flash available... Perhaps if I removed flash things would go better for login.

For those whom need to install, or update you flash player. Go into computer's control panel and you'll find an icon for flash, and java I might add. Open these and go to the advanced tab. Click updates and away it goes.

There are two versions of Flash: one for Internet Explorer and one for other browsers (Firefox/Opera/Safari -- Chrome has Flash built-in).

Please visit this Adobe site for direct downloads of Flash. Choose the link for "Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)"

Here we go again with Vanguard and there changing the web site. Now it's Flash which does not work. I have tried everything I know since yesterday to try and get it to work with no success. Do these people know what they are causing there clients. I guess they do not care. I have sent my Flagship rep a piece of my mind and ask that it be sent to upper management. This is uncalled for.
