Question about VFSUX

Post by alanf56 » Sun Feb 05, 2012 11:10 am

It takes 50,000 to buy the VFSUX fund admiral shares. If I was to do so for 50,000 does that mean I would not be able to take any of this money out of the fund? What happens if I do?

If you drop below $50k long enough, your shares would convert to investor shares and your ER would go from 0.11% to 0.22%.

And during that waiting period, you are still Admiral. Woo, free lunch!

Oh... One more question please. Once you have invested the initial 50,000 can you buy more shares of VFSUX less than that amount?
