We all know that "Selling a Put Option of a Stock" is of high , if not infinite, risk. Personally I knew this at least three years ago, long before I enrolled for a M.Sc. in Finance. So you know the amount of toleration I have had by witnessing how the ELN salesmen/saleswomen playing "New Clothes of King" to the general public, and when everybody has kept his mouth shut.

Please do not blame me for my imprudence anyhow, and correct me for my ignorance and mis-understanding if any (see below).

The time is ripe for launching an International Contest of Selling ELN [Emerging Markets]

Somewhere on earth, ELN equity link notes (c.f. sell a put option of a stock) are nevertheless have to be advertised as GOOD and SAFE financial instruments by some warrants issuers, because these merchants might hold a lot of stocks for hedging purposes sometimes , for instance. ELNs are issued by investment banks, not sure if they really need to sell a put option.

Your task is to promote ELN to the general public. Consider the following:

o [WHO] the target customers,

o [WHO] the mouthpieces or spokesmen, financial actors, even "Sales Professor of Finance" so as to promote ELN,

o [HOW] the ways to advertise ELN by utilizing those financial actors, e.g. cut and paste their photos, or some short comments about the market (whom the author really was is immaterial), alongside with your advertisements of ELNs,

o blow hard (i.e. exaggerate) ELNs' benefits to those customers. Make them believe what you said and comfort these customers.

o explain the drawback and risk of ELN in a soft voice so that no one could be able to complain you afterwards,

o explain the matter to the SFC's public relation staffs (non-finance majors), draw their attentions and efforts to the wrong direction in such a way that they actually cannot get the point. So that these PRs can then explain the matter to the general public confidently in such a way an inferior teacher does.
