Is Vanguard's Treasury MM fund yield taxed at the State level or not?
According to Vanguard's website, only 54.6% is invested in treasury bills.
Does that mean 45.6% of the yield is taxed at the State level?
Thanks!

Yes, assuming that overall % does not change by the end of the year.

Which state are you talking about? It makes a difference because some states require a fund to hold at least 50% US Government Obligations at the end of each quarter in order for a taxpayer to not pay state taxes on the non-USGO portion for the whole year.
There's a long thread about this subject, see viewtopic.php?t=399695.
