Good Morning -
Have a non-boglehead scenario and question so please bear with me. I have allocated some fun money into a self created blockchain/crypto “portfolio” that I plan to hold for a bit and has done quite well. One of the companies in this “portfolio” went through a private placement offering. Initial research shows this indeed has a short impact of share dilution but can’t find much else. This has been the worst performing “asset” and wondering if this a sign that the mid term potential is limited and time to “reallocate” and take a small loss
In addition, wondering if anyone has any experience with another holding that may have gone through this at any point in their investing history and what was the outcome?
More specifics can be found here and it is a bit longer read so I sincerely appreciate your help.
