Property Rental Advice

Post by AlphaLess » Mon Feb 25, 2019 9:55 pm

Greetings: I am considering investing in residential property for rental purposes.

On bogleaheads, I have seen a few posts here and there about property rentals.

I also seem to remember someone mentioning that there are internet forums targeted specifically for this purpose.

Would someone point me in the direction of those forums please.

I am generally interested in reading about what makes a good property rental, what type of numbers I should consider, etc. I guess I am looking for a framework to reason about rental properties.

I am also happy to share what I am considering here, but before I waste everyone's time, I feel like I could do some reading and analysis on my own.

Thank you very much in advance.
