Preferably, dealing in USD term.
I tried few ETF scanners and the result is quite confusing. Would be glad if anyone can help.

I'm a Malaysian, and UK-listed ETF (my initial primary choice) is hindered by the rather high brokerage fee (8GBP) charged by my broker. On the other hand, I get 2EUR min brokerage fee if I can purchase the index fund through the exchange above. This is the cheapest I can find.
I plan to do regular purchase over time, hence transaction fee is important.
To put that in perspective, 1 GBP = 1 local meal in Malaysia
For Tax purpose, correct me if I'm wrong, as a non-resident alien, I can use Germany-listed ETF to get 15% tax withholding. Not sure about Turquoise and ChiX.
