AA tables

Post by rm » Fri Oct 31, 2008 6:18 pm

I had come across a pdf once which showed how the various asset classes had done every year over the past decade. The asset classes listed were things like - EM, US LV, US Small cap, Long term bonds etc.

Has anyone come across such a site, preferrably one in which they update yearly (ie a live site). It will be useful to see what did well for a number of years (ie avoid for right now)

If you search for "IEFI-HISTRETURN4" in google, you will find the link to this file (ingfunds site).

I was not able to paste the link here since I do not have enough postings, but I hope this helps.

I think you might be referring to the Callan Periodic Table which you will find here.

Here is another one -- Annual Returns of 20 Indexfolios and 16 IFA indexes over 80 yrs. Scroll down to the bottom.

Portfolio Construction for Taxable Investors has something similar but for a shorter time frame.
