A little advice please.... $50 K to invest back in.. retired

About 30 days ago I TLH about $6K from IT Tax-Ex by moving about $190K from there to Limited Tern Tax-Ex. Since then I took advantage of Ally's offer for the $1K bonus and moved $100K of that money to Ally into a 2.1% no penalty CD. I'm planning on moving the $100K back to IT Tax-Ex 1/16/2019 and the remaining $90K back to IT Tax-Ex or $40K back and $50K to a one year 2.5% CD at Ally any day now.
71, retired, SS and pension can pay our living expenses, portfolio pays luxuries and travel. Somewhere in the incremental 22% - 25% bracket (hopefully). RMD looks like near $30K and using it for travel and add withdrawals from taxable..... Go-Go years, no regrets, no excuses.
What do you think on the $50K Ally CD? or back to IT-Tax-Ex? .. or stand pat on the Limited Term?

What is your target duration for fixed income? What does rest of fixed income portfolio look like? What state of residence?

Depending on state tax, T bills might be as good or better.

Florida, no state tax. The rest of the FI is about 800K in intermediate munis and corporates + $160K at Ally at the moment. 43% of total equities. Current duration (excld8ng the new CD) 5.16 years. I'm comfortable ion the 4.5 to 5.5 duration range but would consider lower as interest rate increase.
