What are some funds that distributes (take profits) yearly, but does it in a way so that it's classified as LTCG (thus, 15% cap gains tax rate) ?

You have to sell something to pay LTCG which could be 0, 15, 20, or more.

Maybe you are asking about "capital gains distributions"? These have nothing to do with selling shares that you own.
