Twice a month into taxable and 5500 annually into rIRA via backdoor. 401k, which I max ASAP (75% of each paycheck), is now with Fidelity - I moved all previous 401ks to tIRA at VG to invest in their index funds.

I set 30% of paycheck to Ally savings account. At the end of the year, I transfer to Vanguard as lump sum. Then make my fund purchases.
