PurePoint Savings 1.30% Reviews

Post by RDHlooking4FIRE » Mon Sep 11, 2017 11:09 am

I am looking for reviews on PurePoint savings account. They are offering 1.3% on balances over $10,000. I currently have synchrony at 1.2%. I know its not much of a difference but I have had some minor issues with synchrony linking up to mint.com. Let me know what your expierence has been with PurePoint. Are there any drawbacks?

Thanks.

Switched over in May, no complaints. ACH transfers go through in the standard two days. I like that they post interest promptly even if it's a weekend instead of making you wait a couple of days extra like most do. I don't use mint.com.

I just went through 266 posts about Ally bank on another thread. Why not PurePoint? They offer 1.4% without any fees whatsoever with only a 10K minimum. I have it tied to a Chase checking account and so far it has been both seamless and highly professional.
