Is this your only account?

If so your fund selection and asset allocation at age 59 are reasonable in my opinion:
40%, Vanguard Institutional Index Fund (VINIX)
20%, Vanguard Total International Stock Index Fund Institutional (VBTIX)
40%, Vanguard Total Bond Market Index Fund Admiral Shares (VTIAX)

I have no suggestions and would not change a thing.

You have some nice funds offered in your 401k, you are very fortunate.

I second Ruralavalon's question and comment. It looks very reasonable

Best portfolio I've seen that I can remember.

+1, thumbs up. Simple portfolio, makes sense. Only reason to change would be personal preferences and tweaks which are largely irrational. If you like your allocation, keep it.

GREAT!! Thank you. Someone here suggested those funds a few months ago. I like to check from time to time others opinions.

And yes, I work for a good company, very fortunate.
