question for csrs federal retirees

Post by jiclemens » Tue Jan 22, 2008 7:48 pm

2007 is my first full year of retirement under the federal civil service plan. I was wondering if OPM or someone sends out something like a W2 summarizing income and taxes paid?

OPM sends a form "CSA 1099R", probably before the end of January. It lists both the 'gross' and 'taxable' annuity amounts.
