Since Larry Auton and I (Alex Frakt) created this site in 2001, we have put in thousands of hours and thousands of dollars providing programming, hardware, bandwidth and management. We have done this gladly, directly inspired by the examples of Jack Bogle and Taylor Larimore, without asking for recompense of any kind. However, the increasing popularity of the site has led to ever-increasing demands on our time and pocketbooks. As we prefer to keep the site commercial-free and are opposed to membership fees, we have decided to see if our members can provide ongoing support through donations. Also, when you buy through affiliate links on our site, we may earn an affiliate commission.


Donations


If you would like to donate directly to the maintenance and management of the site, I have arranged for my wife's law firm to handle donations through its trust account (it helps that I'm the firm's manager). Donations can be made by check or online via credit card or checking account via Paypal. Please note that donations are not tax deductible.
