I just lowered my percentage of asset allocation

from 60% stock / 40% bond to 36% stock / 64% bond due to down

market so does it mean I am not staying the course

I am retiree 68 years old

Today why stock and bond both are downed. when stock is down then bond goes up normally and what causes 10 year treasury yield goes up to 5.12% ???. May be time to sell bonds. I know you will say it is timing

It seems $600 for continuation coverage at Kaiser.HMO is a good deal.
