agree that is weird, and sucks.
however a trickle charger is a good thing to have, and hopefully would keep you from waking up to a dead battery and delaying getting to work/etc while all this gets figured out.

Vanguard may charge account fees based on minimums which are easily waved by going to electronic statements. Otherwise that's it.
You will need to read the paperwork for your 403b.

There are no tax consequences for moving money around in a 401k.
Depending on what your overall plan is, I would move all of the company stock into said plan.

Re: Is there such thing as easy load front load washer/dryer?
I don't know why any Boglehead would even consider a front load washer/dryer. Population density in Asia sometimes means you can't afford all the space you want and still save money. We're limited to one machine. We could stack two, but then wouldn't have a place to put dirty clothes and keep detergent etc. They save water too. But yeah I agree. Actually, the shower here has a heating unit in the ceiling so you can easily hang dry a full load of clothes. We usually dry smaller items in the combo washer/dry and hang heavier stuff or things your don't want wrinkled. (and it's just a button press to reheat the bath - and you select water temperate by button - and you can can call from the bath and... I like modern bathrooms --- toilet in one ...

I mean....you are cycling the power supply but I doubt in the long run you are hurting the machine. You could also do nothing as the electricity difference is also not large.
