Bring a book or earbuds for your own sanity while waiting.

When you come, hand a copy of the letter over to the receptionist.

Have a second letter that is ready, cc'd to the Attorney General if they don't let you out of there reasonably quickly.

About 20% of people in there 80s develop diagnosed dementia.

My Mom clearly got hit in her late 60s.

I'm hoping it is a sugar related disorder, and I'll find a way to eliminate sugar from my diet.

After 2 weeks of backing up a very sick hard drive I have a 500GB SSD drive installed.

I used downloaded Western Digital software to copy the boot drive to my new drive.

I’d buy the service of downloading the data I have to a spreadsheet, plus store all my receipts annually.

Please do not store your only copy of a document on the cloud. Everything should be backed up locally.

You have to be very determined to keep up tracking expenses. About a third of the people here seem to do that.

My biggest challenge is split receipts which no tracking system handles well.
