Your only real choice for international small value is DLS. As for intermediate term treasuries, IEF is a popular choice, and it's what Merriman uses in the actual "ultimate buy and hold" ETF portfolio. Some of the charts from Trev H have referred to intermediate term treasuries. Can I assume these are 5 year treasuries? The ETF choices seem to be 3 to 7 year treasuries vs. 7 to 10 year treasuries.
