Nobody knows that, although you might get some interesting guesses. Why not just do like other time capsules. Put common items in that you use every day. Something they're likely to have never seen in person. How about a fruit cake. It shuld last a couple hundred years.

Plan G's premiums should be less, but considering Plan N's copays it may not always be cheaper if you use it a lot. Also, plan G covers Part B excess charges. Plan N does not. But I concede plan N should usually be cheaper. You'd probably need a lot of office or emergency room visits to make up the difference.

I have Plan G. DW had plan N. Both are good.

Everything in your post says you want to move. So IMO the question is whether you can make #2 happen.

As for as the kids, from my own experience. My parents moved me from MI to CA halfway through the 11th grade, and then moved again in less than a year. I don't recall them making any special plans because of me. They moved, so I moved with them. I went to three different high schools, and I survived.

My only question would be, are any of them overly inhibited? They may have some trouble blending in at first, but should overcome it.

If memory serves me, I seem to recall Medicare has separate billing codes for new patients and established patients. Probably I'm guessing, because it takes time to get up to speed on new patients before they can treat them. I wouldn't be surprised if OP's insurance might have something similar.
