Not a bank but Pentagon FCU allows you to do that (designate current and future actions) and even move the money at maturity (and monthly dividend/Interest) to another bank or CU automatically (predesignated)..

I have taken the RMD on an Annual Basis but now take it as monthly transfers from CD to Checking. They ALWAYS have and will take it from the lowest interest paying CD. Be careful to weigh the changes that may occur in your MEDICARE Premiums. The increase could negate some of the financial benefit of higher gross benefits. Normalization may not occur as my understanding such action is dependent on future unknown(s).
