Fidelity offers a usable bill pay service

Fidelity has this as a featured service, the tradeoff is lower rates on the money market you are drawing from compared to Vanguard Prime Reserve.

I am unaware you can do this easily from a Vanguard mmkt fund.

I have done business with T Rowe Price for30 years, they do not telemarket and have neve bothered us with any unwanted mailings. No phone number or e-mail are needed to request the free CD.
