I'm not sure I understand why your insurance company isn't filing on your behalf with the other person's insurance company? Why are they closing the claim? We have collision, but our insurance company said we had to pay the deductible and then see if the other insurance company would make us whole.

Thank you. I used Turbotax last year and I remember calling Turbotax last year for help imputing the info for the non-deductible IRA and conversion to the Roth. There is NOTHING listed lines 6-12 (which sounds like is ok), - yes, it is - but more concerning is there is nothing listed on lines 16-.....
