We will be moving soon to a retirement community and need to sell the furniture in our house. How do I choose an estate buyer to come in and give me the best price?

Wow! That is one big change!One needs to enter one bond at a time (serial number, amount and purchase month) and there is not an option to upload such information.

So does anyone own and use a Sennheiser headset w/ attached mic that works? Apparently if I use Skype I do not need a gaming headset with sense around (according to Best Buy today.) There are many models but I need a specific model no.; I don't want to buy just anything with Sennheiser on it. Thanks.

Yup, I did that and it sounds very distant, like I have to speak very loudly.You could try to record an audio file to your computer with the exiting headset. When you listen to it, if it doesn’t sound great, a new headset is in order.

Good point.I'm not sure if it's been explicitly mentioned, but you can absolutely do a both/and rather than an either/or if you really want to minimize heat loss.

Sounds like you know what you are talking about but am surprised when you mention they will not provide insulation. Paper is better? A bit counter-intuitive for me...They also don't block 100% of the light and won't provide nearly as much insulation as a honeycomb shade or insulating curtains.

We live in NY and switch our snow tires seasonally. We also balance and do alignment on them but were told that not all tires require alignment. Is that true and do you always do alignment?
