That's a real bummer. Does your employer give you the option to to post-tax contributions? That should allow you to continue getting their matching. Then you can mega-backdoor that to a Roth. Got a Tuff Shed through Home Depot.
Shopped around a fair amount before settilng on them, and they were the best bang:buck we could find locally.
The trusses and doors are pre-fabricated, and the shed is build on site.

Have nest thermostats, doorbell on the way.
Gott a few smart switches to turn exterior lights on and off on a schedule.
And a motion sensor for garage lights.

Planning on getting a smart outlet and a smart switch for a garbage disposal, so I don't have to route a romex cable.

Does this FSA account allow you to get personally reimbursed? Or force you to use this "difference card"?

Just curious...I never activated my FSA card, and instead use my personal credit card for the rewards, and then post the receipt to get reimbursed directly.

Yes, overlap. Don't need to worry about timing; just make sure the new policy is in effect, and call your old insurance company to cancel. Sometimes they'll auto-cancel, but don't count on that. The green sand beach is a must. it's one of like 4 in the world. Very unique.

Big Island Brewhaus makes way better beer than Kona, and I like Kona. You can find their beers around the island, but nothing beats getting it form the source.

I hate the Glock trigger because it auto-resets.
There's plenty of DAO/striker pistols on the market that don't flick your finger with every shot.

But I prefer a DA/SA w/a decocking lever; Sig SP2009.
Have a couple 226s as well.

Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV has hit the US market after a few years as the best selling SUV in Europe.
