lenders will typically request most recent two months' of pay stubs and most recent two years of taxes and W-2s.

As long as the job change doesn't disrupt any of that paperwork chain, she's probably fine.

the insurance company's valuation is a different model than KBB or NADA.

My old 2000 Audi was in a collision, and they (esurance) offered more than I could have sold it for in a private sale, and probably a skosh more than I could have bought from a dealer.

Emotionally, I wouldn't want a deductible over $500 because I would grumble too much when paying $1k.

However, I was all about dropping collision/comprehensive entirely when my car was worth under $5k.

I think a construction recession like after the housing collapse, would reduce construction costs some, because materials costs would go down and workers would be hungrier for work.

Do you already own the land?

we have some cotton/rayon hybrid sheets I bought from "Royal hotel" ebay a while back. They were pretty cheap, like $50 after a coupon.

Very smooth, very thin. Nice for the summer. fine for the winter.

Not at all 'crisp' feeling like you might find from some cotton percale sheets.

We like 'em.

Wow I didn't even realize Intuit had sold off Quicken.
