I think you guys are hating on zillow too much. You really can't expect a website to help you out with every single detail you want to know for free. One has to do their research, and zillow is a good way to make a rough estimate(which is it's intended purpose) on the value of properties.

How about getting some solar panels? A neighbor of ours has them and they say the electric company(which they are still connected to) pays them a small amount every month because they actually produce much more electricity than they consume that the extra electricity gets redistributed to other homes.
