The other party's insurance co. will probably make an offer to you to settle. If you do get a PI attorney offer to pay his/her fee on the amt., even a higher %, they can get above the offer the other parties ins. co. made to you ... your PI attorney didn't help you get this amt, why pay a %?.

You will find that if you have many cards with the same issuer & and you apply for additional cards (for FF MIles, for example), you will normally keep getting lower credit limits, as your total credit limit for all cards increase with each new card.

Have you looked at (available in Manatee County): AARP MedicareComplete Choice Plan 2 (Regional PPO) or BlueMedicare Regional PPO (Regional PPO) I have had experience under both plans. It is my understanding that H.O. damage claims are looked at in 2 catagories, acts of God & other. Acts God, like hail, do not affect your rates or insurability. Of course, varies by location & ins. carrier. Just make call to any local ins. agant & ask.

+1 Costco is excellent for progressive lens's, about 50% the lens cost of Walmart, Sam's Club & Lenscrafters.

FYI, Costco will give 100% refund on prescription glasses, Lenscrafers and a VERY few others will. I have had to get a refund at Costco & shortly thereafter got another pair at Costco.

Very inexpensive , compared to Orlando area where I live. IMHO, you don't need $127,000 Loss of use, I've never seen it that high. It covers renting a place to stay, if a covered loss makes your home unliveable, till your house is fixed/rebuilt.
