Folks, To the avid campers out there: what is the best 4-6 person tent in your opinion? We will probably be camping (Scouts) 3-5 times every year. Looking for: comfort, easy to put up, good size for 4 adults, durable etc. Checked costco & they only have two and perhaps not the best option for tents....

With significant repair costs (and hassle) it sometimes seems like it would be best to lease a Nissan leaf!
A co-worker leased a leaf for $260/month no money down for 3 years. Seems low risk to me.....

I have a harder time selling s&p 500 index than I do buying any of the international funds. I feel like international is one big super sale just waiting to revert to the mean sometime between now and retirement ;-) How far off the mean is international?
