do you have an air gap between the DW and the sink garbage disposer? Is the air gap clogged?

Install the recovery media.
Follow the instructions.
Sound's like you lost your boot block. Should be fairly easy to recover IF you have your recovery USB stick....

I won't mention the name, but I'm fairly new to an organization and they use a provider that's far less than ideal. The VP in charge of this loves them because she doesn't understand the fund choices and fees aren't competitive, but loves the Advisor as he is always a phone call away and very charm...

You can't identify what a tilt is until you've identified what 'flat' (i.e. no tilt) is. Flat is beta = 1; the cap weighted index. Tilt is more exposure to small and value.
