you have much better index funds than you have chosen in your retirement plans, i would fix that first. you need to get rid of the auto and student loans which will help cash flow. you are likely in the new 24% bracket. turn 401k contributions to 100% for the remainder of the year to fill up as much...

it will invoke the pro rata rule.
you either need to undo your rIRA, move your tIRA, or pay the tax.

i would cash flow college.
i would do Roth conversions then if you are looking to pay more taxes.

i dont think you have to be so dogmatic about what specific AA you will hold. that may change, and thats ok.
i think saying more broadly "dont try to past 80:20 or 20:80" would be just as helpful.
