Maybe if you drive really slow...I routinely make the drive. I have made it in as little as 1 hour 15 minutes, but most of the time it takes 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes.

Target allocation for REIT Index is 10% of equities. Current allocation is about 12% of equities due to performance. This does not include REIT portions in TSM and SCV.

I've had the AmEx card now for several years. It work great. I also have the Fidelity Visa, which pays back 1.5%. Both are serviced by FIA card services. The thought of a new CC account, password and username to store in my iPhone, etc usually deters me from applying for a new card but I think this...

The AMEX card certainly isn't accepted everywhere, but there is a similar Fidelity Investment Rewards Visa card that has 1.5% cash back as well. Police will not show for auto accidents where I live unless there is a medical emergency. Neither one of us had been in an accident before so he actually did call the police. They told him just to exchange insurance info.

I tried Redzone. I didn't like it. All you get is snippets of games all day. Its almost like watching highlights. I have had NFL Sunday Ticket for the last 2 years. I love it. I hate paying for it though. If you sign up for a Directv contract the first year of NFL Sunday Ticket is free.

We have a 529 set up for our only child. We also have set one up for each of our 5 nieces and nephews.
We make sure retirement contributions are made prior to 529 contributions. I know college needs can be borrowed and retirement needs cannot.
