As others have mentioned, this is a problem afflicting 40-60 million car owners. I've been waiting for 2-3 years as well. On Friday, taking a flyer, I found the emails and wrote the executives of Ford. I received a response! I was told after Christmas I will be contacted by their "executive tier" Problem Resolution group. Not sure what that is however it sounds important. Let's see... Will keep everyone posted.
