I watch a lot of youtube videos and also have the Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Wax and Turtle Wax Ice Shine and Seal. They are truly fantastic for the value and ease of application.

Used the 2GB plan for a year and was completely satisfied - about $15 a month. MintSim is T-mobile only and is pretty good in the Austin, TX area. It does not roam so be aware of that. Is this Kissing Tree in San Marcos? I can't answer your questions but that is going to be a beautiful community (I ride my bike near that area) and live in a community that has Brookfield Residential as a builder. Their houses are are very nice. San Marcos is also a pretty neat town in and of itself.

The TRS or ORP are mandatory. TRS is a pension plan. You make contributions and then get a 'guaranteed' return (2.3% x years of service x (top 5 years of salary) (jokingly, if you work more than 43 years your retirement paycheck is more than your working paycheck). pushbullet works well for me. Lets me text from the desktop. It also pops up other notifications.
