From experience - A mapping feature is a must. We have two Roborock S5s and highly recommend them, but the S5 has been discontinued. Look into the Roborock S4 Max or the S6. This actually sounds a lot like how loan depot operates. I dealt with them back in September and they would call, speak to me briefly, and then put me on hold while they connect me to a loan officer. They did this a couple times and I hung up after several minutes of waiting to speak to an officer

We put new pins in all the exterior locks when we moved in, using a $10 kit from amazon called "Prime-Line Re-keying kit".
