When I have questions about life insurance, I generally go to forums and blogs to judge based on personal experience. The best one that i have come across that actually has free info has info on senior life insurance, term vs whole life comparisons, you name it, it's there. I hope this helps!

Re: Will my AILIFE Insurance policy be OK??

I own an AILIFE life insurance single premium policy that was purchased in the mid 1980's and has a significant cash value. Now that AIG may face bankruptcy, should I be very concerned? Will this policy be OK? What happens when a life insurance company goes bankrupt? Does someone else buy them out?...

I found an insurance forum that has an agent who has been in the life insurance business for a really long time that answers questions posted there. If you want to check out some online life insurance info , and also some of the posts that are already up, then you could get some of your questions an...

It sounds like you are in a great situation with having no debt, so why not just invest your own money into a savings account as opposed to paying out to a company that just wants to make money off of those who are not financially stable enough to put money aside for their final expenses? As far as ...

Before you go, you should definitely check out the National Geographic documentary series called Galapagos. My boyfriend and I saw it in blu ray and it was phenomenal! You will absolutely be itching to go once you see it. It also helps to understand the nature of the islands before you go so that yo...

I became significantly more fluent in Spanish by reading books written in Spanish. Learn the language the way native speakers do: start with childrens' books, then move up in literacy level by reading increasingly more mature literature. The hard part is finding books that you can understand. Start ...

I think I'm going to stick with using a credit card from now on and then pay at the end of the month. Doesn't that make your credit score go up anyway?

Looking to invest in something, but I'm totally lost

So I'm wondering; I've started making money and have paid off my college loans, but I have no idea what to begin investing in. I currently have no investments, I don't own a home, and I would like to start a family at some point in the near future (2-5 years). What would be a good starting place for...
