I would have no hesitation with that processor. Intel has been the top dog for processors for a while, and AMD has just recently countered with processors that can compete with them.

Thanks for the update, good info to have.

Completely different system, but I overcharged a vehicle a/c and the system noticed the issue on its own and shut the a/c off. Fortunately I was there actively adding the refrigerant so I knew that I had added too much and simply vented some off.

I recently got the Tenda Nova MW6 3-pack. It is a good cheaper alternative mesh system to the Orbi, Google, etc. Normally close to $150. I put three of the cubes throughout the house and hard wired one to my desktop. I would highly suggest it.

If you have a tool rental place it may be worth renting a specialized tool for this, unless you really want or already have the tool or a similar one permanently. I rented a drum sander that saved me so much time it was more than worth the cost.

After looking at the fences and property line pins in person again, I noticed the rear neighbor is a lot closer than I originally thought to the property line, and the side neighbor is only 2 or 3 inches at most off the line, so we should be good to go all around.
