Carmax sold me a $65k SUV with bad tires, the car was vibrating at highway speeds. I took it back to them and they said they balanced and rotated the tires which should fix the problem. They were wrong, I took the car to the dealership and they said front tires had excessive wear on the inside and n...

Lexus LX 570 or 2nd choice is Toyota LC, they are the best of the best, the rest of the class Mercedes, BMW and Audi are nice and modern but should be kept only under warranty and traded when warranty expires. Per consumer report Mazda reliability > Honda, CX-5 and CX-9 are gorgeous looking cars and worth a test drive for sure.
Highlander is a no brainer, great suv and could be bought Hybrid,
Subarus are good cars but ugly in my opinion, and I don't like CVT transmissions.

Mazda 3 is a fun car, more than Civics and Corollas and they are also reliable, and the 2019 as mentioned before is also getting good reviews. I would not buy VW, it is not reliable. Civic styling screams ricer and corolla is a great car but super boring.

Does the percentage used for Vanguard fees decrease for larger portfolios? Is it 0.30% regardless of the portfolio size? The fees are stepped: < 5 million is 0.30% per quarter. >= 5 & < 10 million is 0.20% per quarter Not sure of the rates beyond 10M Fees are not per quarter but are annual.
