I bought a Prius prime about two months ago. I emailed twelve dealers and four came back with an out the door price. One dealer was $1500 cheaper than the rest and the others could not beat his price or even match it. So I recommend emailing many dealers in your area.

I transferred a 403b to a TIRA at Vanguard this year and I didn't have any problems. I didn't do anything complicated ----- I just transferred the entire amount to one fund.

I would find a franchise owner in another state ( so you are not competing with them) and ask them a bunch of questions.

Umbrella liability only costs me $300 for 2 mill. But health insurance costs 10k ---my company pays half of that. If I had to pay the full amount I think that I would skip health insurance but I would keep the umbrella liability.

I pay $82 per year for one person for AAA plus. I think it's worth it. I needed a tow last December at 10 pm --- there were no garages open. I suppose that I could use GEICO but with AAA plus I get towing for up to 100 miles. Don't sweat the small stuff.

I wouldn't charge for the carpet cleaning since that is normal wear but if the carpet cleaning company has to charge you extra to get the stains out then I would charge them for the extra charge.

The microwave should be prorated over the ten year period.
