I got the correct deluxe fed +1 state CD package on the third try. The correct package has a die-cut hole in the cardboard sleeve that shows the correct SKU, etc. on the CD box. Her voice sounded like the IRS scammer who says that the local cops will be called.

For a QCD, you need to call them up and tell them the name(s) of the qualified charities, I believe, so they know who to make the checks out to. Property tax has been mentioned as to ownership, but remember that the amount an apartment building's tax goes up is divided by the number of units.

That tax increase can be a significant portion of the monthly rent increase.

Last day will be no later than 12/21/2018, the last paycheck of 2018.

Touchless washes are sort of OK for the sides and front, but seem to not do much at the rear, especially on a sport-wagon type.

I will often pre-rinse the areas that are left, so that they get a decent cleaning.

Same for windows, clean before the automatic wash.

This fall, I thought that our income for Roth contribution purposes would go over the limit due to a balloon payment on a contract for deed. So, I had made a corrective distribution of this year's contributions and the earnings of those contributions, so that there is $0 as this year's contribution....

I read an article about this on another web site.

They pointed out that fire departments are wary of solar panels on roofs due to the shock hazard and suggested that you check with your insurance company as to the impact, if any, on rates and coverages.

In Saint Paul, bought a 24 inch Sno-Tek with electric start from Home Depot. Was set up and delivered by an Ariens dealer.

The electric start comes in handy on the first start of the year, when the tank has been dry.

I think that it is made by Ariens.

Agree on the large gutters and downspouts.

We had 2x3 downspouts and "normal" size gutters.

Had 3x4 downspouts and larger fittings on the gutters that they fit into.

Haven't have to clean out gutters in ten years or more and we have a tall Norway maple near the house.
