Have used it ourselves for wood outdoor playset and it worked great. We had a company 'soft scrub' our roof and gutters a few years back, I assume they used this or a similar product. It worked very well and we did not have to get up on ladders or buy new sprayers to reach the roof.

We have used The Chipmunkinator trap. Similar concept to Havahart. Also tried the sunflower seed plank to water bucket, did not work for us.

Try eliminating any wood piles and other areas they may congregate for breeding. Difficult depending on your neighborhood.

I'm sure someone already mentioned this, RENT a larger vehicle for your long and/or big family road trips. I know many people who do this 2-3 times a year. You aren't stuck with the large vehicle long term, plus you don't get the mileage-wear-tear on your personal vehicle.

Hammer it, drill it, pliers to scratch/bend/break disc, soak in water to start corrosion.

Vanguard or fidelity are good brokerages to look into. They will walk you through and get you out of that disaster. Wont even have to call your advisor to break up. Lesson learned early on. Congrats on joing bogleheads.
