Tankless Hot Water Heaters

Building a new 2 story home, approximately 2200 sq. ft. I am considering a tankless hot water system. Is it worth it? Seems I used to hear more about them a few years ago.

Combo Laundry Room/Food Pantry

We're planning a new home & DW wants to have a combination laundry room & food pantry with a long table she could use to fold laundry & stock the pantry. Holding aside that DW wants this & a happy wife is a happy life, is this a good idea?

+1 for using a florist that is local to recipient. It helps if you are personally familiar with the florist, but, even if not I have had reasonably good sucess. +2 for this. I've never had a bad experience. There's no room for "misunderstandings" such as FTD gave the wrong instructions, Proflowers ...

I bought a Sony KDL-47W802A 47-Inch 120Hz 1080p 3D Internet LED HDTV in January. I have been very satisfied. I own two older Sony Bravias but this my first smart TV. Linking to Wifi was a snap & the apps (Amazon Prime, Netflix, MLB, etc.) let me get rid of my Roku box. Couldn't be happier.

I've used a Fidelity Cash Management account for all my banking (including Bill Pay & Wire Transfer) for several years. I've also deposited checks via the camera in the app. I've been very pleased.

I've been with Amica 38 years. I've had 2 claims (1 auto 1 hail). The customer service is superb. I wouldn't think of switching.

Highly, highly recommend iBank. You can get an iPad version as well and sync both. In order to fully experience it, you'll need to purchase iBank for iPad and Mac and then subscribe to DirectAccess from IGG Soft (the developer).
