I keep things simple so I do not bother with TLH. I did TLH back in 2009. I think this is one of the reasons you see less TLH emphasis in the BH community.... if you own a S&P 500 fund you have a lot less opportunity to TLH than if you individually owned proportional shares in the 500 component...
