Warren Buffet has a lot cash on hand to take advantage of these opportunities.

If the market goes below its Feb. 28th bottom, I may increase my stock allocation and buy more.

When PGE cuts your power due to fire, for example, you will have no power even with solar panels. The power generated by solar panels goes to the grid not your own house.

That's good news for someone who still has a long time left to accumulate. yep, that makes sense for someone who has 10, 15, 20 years left until retirement.
