My wife and I saw a Cape May Warbler at the birdbath on our deck just about a half-hour ago. It's the first time we've spotted one in our yard - and, we've kept a 'Yard List' since we moved here 28 years ago.

Here in East Tennessee, our Ruby-throated hummingbirds started showing up about two weeks ago. The Hooded Warblers arrived some days back. And, for the past few days we've been having Rose-breasted Grosbeaks at one of our feeders.

You could take a drive to the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, near Titusville and the Kennedy Space Center. You can drive along Black Point Wildlife Drive - it's a wonderful place to see wildlife throughout the year.

We've had the same Beckett Condensate Pump in use since 1994 - still going strong. We pour a bit of bleach into it once or twice a year to keep the mold/mildew build-up at bay.

I administered my father's estate (in NJ) a few years back. It took approximately one year to complete before final distribution. We were able to do a partial distribution prior, though.

I forgot to mention another really neat place to visit in the mountains of North Carolina is the Cradle of Forestry Museum . It's a fascinating museum covering the beginnings of the Forest Service and has short nature trails - and is set out of the way in a beautiful part of the NC mountains. David

I get what I want in a new vehicle and then hold onto it ... for a good, long time. This removes (for me) the 'depreciation consequence'. In the past 28 years, I have owned exactly 2 vehicles. The first purchased in 1991. And, the most recent being 2007 - still going strong.

My wife and I have been using Bariani Balsamic Vinegar for quite some time. A number of years back we saw a story about their business on Martha Stewart's old TV show (pre-jail). They are located in California and make wonderful products. We also use their delicious olive oils, too.

For lobster rolls, you can go to the famous Red's Eats in Wiscasset.

For a beautiful coastal excursion, you could take Route 1 (most of the way) to Quoddy Head State Park, which also happens to be the easternmost point of mainland US.

I change the oil in my Ford F-150 and my wife's Ford Edge every 7,500 miles w/ Pennzoil Platinum synthetic oil. I use a WIX oil filter (same as NAPA) in each, as well. I also take the opportunity to rotate the tires at this time.
