I am on of the few ones who are doing worse than our expectations. I need to increase my saving % from current 30-35% of gross income to 50%, and need to increase my income by 50%. That should bring me to "satisfied" with my accomplishment.

Depends on the type of battery and ease of replacing it. It should be somewhere between USD 6-9. My experience has been pretty bad with this though. I have done this 3 different watches and the new batteries died within couple of months. Hopefully, you will get the right person that use good battery.
